These policies have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They are written in good faith and describe what ORU actually does, but they have not been checked against Israeli consumer law, EU/UK distance-selling rules or GDPR.
The contract
Your order is an offer. The contract starts when we send the confirmation email. We can refuse an order if an item cannot be produced or the price was listed wrongly, in which case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Import duties in your country are not included and are yours to pay. Payment is taken at checkout by PayPal.
Production and delivery
Items are made after you order. Expect two to four business days of production, then two to five days in transit in Europe, North America and Israel, up to nine elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays at customs are outside our control.
Cancelling and returning
See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We are responsible for the garment matching its description and being fit to wear. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The ORU name, the folded bird mark and everything on this site belong to ORU. Buying a garment does not license the mark.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Israel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
