Privacy policy

These policies have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They are written in good faith and describe what ORU actually does, but they have not been checked against Israeli consumer law, EU/UK distance-selling rules or GDPR.
What we collect
Order data: name, delivery address, email, and the items you bought. We need this to make and ship the order — without it there is no contract to perform.
Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. Card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them.
Email list: your address and the date you consented, only if you ticked the box. Unsubscribe in any email.
Analytics: page views and rough location, only after you allow analytics in the cookie banner. Nothing is loaded before that.
Who else sees it
Your name and address go to the print partner producing your order, through Printify, because someone has to put a label on the parcel. They also go to the carrier. PayPal sees your payment details. Nobody else, and we never sell data.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Email list entries until you unsubscribe. Analytics for fourteen months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@wearoru.com and you get an answer within one business day and action within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
