What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, email, and the items you bought. We need this to make and ship the order — without it there is no contract to perform.

Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. Card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them.

Email list: your address and the date you consented, only if you ticked the box. Unsubscribe in any email.

Where an order came from: if you order, the tag on the link that brought you here (for example “tiktok”) or the name of the site you came from. It travels in the page address, nothing is stored in your browser, and it tells us which posts are worth making.

Analytics: page views and rough location, only after you allow analytics in the cookie banner. Nothing is loaded before that.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and email go to the print partner producing your order, through Printify, because someone has to put a label on the parcel; Printify emails you the tracking link when it ships. Your name and address also go to the carrier. PayPal sees your payment details. When an order comes in, its order number, what was bought and where it came from (no name, address or email) are posted to ORU’s private order-alert channel on Discord or Slack. Nobody else, and we never sell data.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Email list entries until you unsubscribe. Analytics for fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@wearoru.com and you get an answer within one business day and action within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
