Plenty of people have opinions about what counts as riding. I have three laps and they have one, and neither of us is going to convince the other in a car park. The shirt says what it says and that is the end of it.
Nothing here is a defence. If you ride, you ride.

Oversell the fabric
It wicks and dries fast. It will not stop you sweating, and the printed patch on the back breathes less than the rest. You hear that from me before you find it out halfway up a climb.
Invent reviews
When people have worn this long enough to say something worth reading, their words go up unedited. Until then there is nothing here, and that is on purpose.
